Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted local courier partners including G4S,SpeedAF, Sendy, and Fargo Courier for domestic deliveries. International orders are shipped via DHL or Kenya Posts EMS.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. Use this number to track your delivery directly on the courier's website.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will make one additional attempt. If the second attempt fails, the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee will apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- High order volumes during promotional periods
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions or courier delays
- Remote delivery locations

Glamourized Goods is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the courier to investigate. Glamourized Goods is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
