Refund policy
At Glamourized Goods, we want you to love every product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item is not a sale or discounted item (all sale items are final)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is provided
- The item was not marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare, makeup, or beauty products
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
- Gift cards or store credit vouchers
- Fragrance and personal care products once opened
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at glamourizedgoods@gmail.com or WhatsApp at [+254 741 289402]
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
3. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
4. Ship the item back to our Nairobi address (provided upon approval)
5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed via:
- M-Pesa within 24 hours of approval
- Card payment within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)
- Store credit issued immediately upon approval
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
